We listened to our members! To help accommodate our members’ busy schedules, we are extending our Customer Service hours so we can be there to answer their questions when they need us.
As of July 12, 2010, our new Customer Service hours are:
- Monday – Thursday: 7:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. (EST)
- Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 6 p.m. (EST)
- Saturday: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. (EST)
To reach our Customer Service department, please direct your employees to call the number on their member identification card.
Please note: Some members may have different Customer Service hours due to their plan type or employer group.
